A pharmacy benefit company built around
radical clarity.
Rescription was founded on a simple idea: when prescription pricing is transparent and incentives are aligned, real savings find their way to employers and members. Our patented technology and growing network of health system and PBM partners turn that idea into outcomes.
We built Rescription to fix what the existing system wouldn't.
For decades, PBMs have been operated on a misaglinged foundation
that earns more when the client pays more. Rescription was founded
to flip that broken model with 100% alignment.
Rescription is incentivized to find the most cost effective drug from the
best source for every script. The answer became RexiTM, our patented
adjudication engine, and the U.S. utility patent we were awarded in
February 2026 for bringing 3408 pricing to the point-ofsale.
Today, Rescription works alongside leading PBMs, partners with growing
networks of health systems, and serves self-funded employers and
their members across the country. The mission is the same as the day
we started: simplerpricing, aligned incentives, and savings that show
up where people actually filltheir prescriptions.
"Prescription benefits don't have to be confusing, conflicted, or unpredictable. When pricing is clear and incentives are aligned, the rest takes care of itself."
- Scott Martin, Founder & CEO
Our Promise: Radical Clarity.
It's the principle behind every product decision we make: pharmacy benefits should be transparent enough that a buyer, a broker, or a member can look at a script and understand exactly what they paid, what they saved, and why.
Pricing in real time, not after the fact.
Our patented technology applies savings at the moment a script is filled — not months later, after a rebate reconciliation nobody can fully audit.
Every claim documented. Every decision visible.
Every routing decision is logged with its reason. Clients get real-time access to the Client Dashboard, not a quarterly summary, not aggregated data.
Incentives that point the same direction.
A flat subscription model means we make the same fee whether a member fills a $10 generic or a $10,000 specialty. The math points us to the cheapest viable source, every time.
Changemakers from inside the industry - and outside of it.
The Rescription team is built from leaders with decades of experience across pharmacy, benefits, technology, and care — people who've seen the system from every side and decided to build a different one.

As the Chairman of a national legislative Health and Human Services Task Force for over 4 years, my goal was to enhance the well-being of all Americans by finding and offering effective and impactful healthcare solutions. Prescription drug prices are often patients’ greatest personal healthcare expense. Rescription has emerged as an exemplary solution that aligns perfectly with my vision. Rescription's innovative approach to purchasing and providing prescription drugs not only fosters price transparency and simplicity, but it also gives patients and providers critical information and drug pricing to help them make informed decisions that will positively impact their lives. I commend Rescription for their team's dedication to improving the pharmacy benefit industry for every American.
