Independent review recognizes Rescription’s PBM contract for fiduciary alignment and readiness for evolving federal requirements

KETCHUM, Idaho, September 10, 2026 — Rescription, a pharmacy benefits company focused on lowering prescription costs for employers and their members, has earned an Excellent rating and CAA 2026 Ready recognition through Nautilus Health Institute’s Contract X-Ray evaluation. The recognition was announced at RosettaFest 2026 and places Rescription among the first group of pharmacy benefit organizations to receive Nautilus’ highest rating.

Contract X-Ray independently evaluates PBM contracts against 10 provisions covering financial integrity, fiduciary oversight, and data sovereignty. The platform helps employers, brokers, and other plan advisors assess whether contract terms support responsible plan oversight and align with requirements introduced through the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026. Rescription’s Excellent rating reflects the strength of its contract terms and its approach to transparency, accountability, and fiduciary alignment.

“Employers and brokers should be able to understand how their pharmacy benefit partner operates, where the money goes, and whether the contract supports their responsibilities to plan members,” said Scott Martin, Founder and CEO of Rescription. “This independent review reinforces the work we have put into building a model with aligned incentives and contract terms that can stand up to scrutiny. We are proud to be recognized as Excellent and CAA 2026 Ready as the industry moves toward stronger standards.”
